Templates for both modules are built from various themes, there are some differences between them.
Review

Themes: Topics include business performance, aspirations and skill evaluations with a focus on the employee. Topics include different types of questions, such as open-ended questions, rating questions, skill evaluations, or planning goals.

Templates: Examples such as performance appraisals, year-end interviews, or interviews at the end of the probationary period.
Surveys

Themes: Contain questions that measure sentiment from employees regarding an internal issue for the organization. Themes include diversity, workload, and leadership.

Templates: Mainly used for Employee Satisfaction Surveys, mood measures, or onboarding evaluations.
